The hotel boasts a great staff that is always eager to make guests feel comfortable. the room is spacious with a good environment, a yummy meal can be ordered directly to the room, and breakfast has a few good options. Facilities include an airport transfer, a restaurant with very good meals, and transport services. customers who travel with children can be accommodated in a bright and comfortable room.

The lobby can be uncomfortable due to temperatures.

During my recent trip, the hotel's location was great for my Thanksgiving stay. the hospitality of the staff exceeded my expectations and the food was an absolute treat. the room was spacious and the amenities were replenished daily. Best aspects: the hotel's location was perfect for my travel itinerary. Being close to the main attractions was a plus, and the daily room cleaning was a welcomed sight. the staff delivered exceptional customer service, and the tasteful food was the cherry on top.

One noticeable downside was the small bathroom space with outdated fixtures. Another negative was the entrance of the building could use a facelift.

We had a pleasant surprise when we checked in at Hotel One. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and fresh towels. The reception area was well-maintained and the staff were attentive and accommodating. The quality of food served at the hotel was excellent, offering a variety of tasty options. The central location of the hotel made it easy to access and explore the city. we had a positive experience at Hotel One and would recommend it to others.

Despite the positive aspects, the bathroom in our room could have been cleaner and better ventilated. Additionally, the lobby area was quite warm, making us prefer to wait outside rather than in the lobby.

The complimentary breakfast and dinner were great. , the staff was very accommodating to our requests and needs. We appreciated the hassle-free check-in process and the fact that the location was close to our destination.

The room and bathroom had an unpleasant smell and we encountered bugs and insects during our stay. We also had a hard time finding a suitable parking spot.

Good location, helpful staff, clean rooms, upgraded room, excellent breakfast.
